How does check-in work?
After booking, you’ll receive a guest registration form via email. One day before arrival, we’ll send an electronic access code for the apartment (valid throughout your stay).
Prefer a personal welcome? I’m happy to meet you to show you around and answer questions—just let me know your approximate arrival time the day before!
What are the check-in times?
Check-in is available after 3 pm. Self-check-in with a smart lock.
What is the check-out time?
Check-out must be completed by 12 pm.
My flight arrives late - can I check in at night?
Yes! Our electronic check-in system allows 24/7 access after 3 pm using your code.
My flight arrives early - can I check in before 3 pm?

Where can I park during my stay?
Free public parking is available on the roadside on the main avenue, Avenida da Praia.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (by noon). Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full stay amount.

We provide free cots for children under 4 (available upon prior request).

No, we don’t allow pets in our apartments.
