Terms and Conditions – Água Doce Rentals

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your stay at Água Doce Rentals, operated by JAVADREAMS UNIPESSOAL, LDA (RNAL nº 158350/AL). By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Reservations
- Reservations can be made online, by phone (+351 918 669 188), or via email (info@aguadocerentals.com).
- Água Doce Rentals reserves the right to refuse reservations due to availability or other legal grounds.
2. Payment & Pricing
- Individual Reservations: A 100% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, Revolut, MBWay, credit/debit cards (TBC), or cash (EUR only).
- VAT: Included (PT510681450).
3. Cancellation Policy
- Guest Cancellation:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (by noon).
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full stay amount.
- All cancellations must be sent to: info@aguadocerentals.com or WhatsApp +351 918 669 188
- Host Cancellation: Full refund provided if Água Doce Rentals cancels.
4. Check-In/Check-Out
- Check-In: 3:00 pm.
Early arrivals are subject to availability. - Check-Out: 12:00
Late check-outs are subject to availability, and fees may apply.
5. House Rules
- No smoking indoors (designated areas only).
- No pets are allowed.
- Noise restrictions (quiet hours enforced per local laws).
- Guests are liable for damages to property.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- Água Doce Rentals is not responsible for:
- Loss/theft of guest valuables.
- Interruptions (e.g., utilities, Wi-Fi) beyond our control.
- Force Majeure: No liability for cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
7. Data Privacy
Personal data is processed under GDPR and Portuguese Law (Law 58/2019). See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Peniche courts.
